End-User Privacy Directive
Deployment Target: Undead Overdrive // Baseline: May 20261. Architectural Transparency and Scope
This End-User Privacy Directive formally dictates the data handling parameters, telemetry protocols, and localized sandbox boundaries integrated into the "Undead Overdrive" mobile application software (hereinafter referred to as the "Software", "Application", or "Game"). Designed as an intensive action-survival application, the internal architecture prioritizes uncompromised rendering performance and total user anonymity.
By initializing, executing, or navigating the internal menus of this Software on your mobile hardware, you formally acknowledge the absence of developer-side data aggregation and accept the operational logic defined within this structural document.
2. The Zero-Knowledge Imperative
Your tactical decisions, level progression, unlockable inventory states, and maximum survival durations are calculated exclusively within your device's localized memory allocation. Upon deletion of the Application from your host device, all corresponding gameplay progression is permanently vaporized, as no back-end recovery node exists within our proprietary codebase.
3. Embedded Third-Party Subsystems (SDKs)
To ensure structural stability, resolve rendering exceptions across fragmented mobile ecosystems, and execute programmatic ad brokerage, the Application incorporates pre-compiled Software Development Kits (SDKs) provided by certified global technology partners. These external modules function independently of our zero-knowledge baseline to manage hardware telemetry and advertising pipelines.
Google Infrastructure SDK
Deploys core runtime translation bridges, asset payload verification, and basic marketplace compliance handshakes necessary for native OS execution.
Firebase Telemetry SDK
Aggregates technical exception stacks, memory overrun reports, and silent crash diagnostics to evaluate the mathematical stability of the Game engine.
Meta/Facebook Network SDK
Monitors installation attribution metrics, validates digital marketing campaign routing, and ensures structural conversion integrity across ad networks.
4. Advertising Ecosystem and Device Tracking
To subsidize the continuous maintenance and expansion of the Application without demanding an upfront financial transaction, we utilize automated programmatic advertising networks. These external nodes inject dynamic promotional content into the Game’s interface during predefined transitional states.
The aforementioned third-party SDKs govern the delivery of these advertisements and may dynamically process the following hardware-level data points to optimize their delivery logic:
- Resettable Device Advertising Configurations (e.g., Apple IDFA or Google AAID).
- Obfuscated Internet Protocol (IP) metrics for regional localization and fraud mitigation.
- Display matrix variables, language locale flags, and OS version nomenclature.
- Interaction timestamps to enforce frequency capping mechanisms on displayed media.
You inherently possess the administrative right to sever these tracking variables by modifying the global privacy tracking toggles located within the core settings of your target operating system.
5. Sandboxing and Hardware Permissions
Our code explicitly conforms to strict sandbox limitations. The Application only executes API calls requisite for core loop functioning: writing cache states to the designated app directory, rendering accelerated graphics, outputting stereoscopic audio arrays, and communicating with SDK authentication servers. We never request elevated privileges for your contact database, media gallery, camera apparatus, or high-precision satellite telemetry.
6. Revisions and Document Evolution
We retain the absolute technical authority to patch, override, or evolve this text matrix to maintain compliance with shifting legal frameworks (such as GDPR, CPRA, or generalized minor safety acts). Updates will be deployed silently via the relevant application distribution storefronts. Continued execution of the Software post-update constitutes an affirmative handshake with the updated parameters.
